CECECO Clean Energy Hackathon 2026

As part of its efforts to promote clean energy awareness and youth innovation, CECECO organized the Clean Energy Hackathon , inviting young participants from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan to develop solutions in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

The initiative received 207 applications , with proposals evaluated by an international expert jury including representatives from CECECO and UNIDO. The Award Ceremony, held on January 23, 2026 at ADA University , recognized EcoSense (Uzbekistan) as the first-place winner, followed by Clean Axis (Azerbaijan) and Sol-Scout Pro (Kazakhstan) .

The Hackathon highlighted the role of youth innovation and regional cooperation in advancing sustainable energy solutions across the ECO region.
