Dialogue with Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister

CECECO executive director, Ms. Aysel Yagubova, held a bilateral meeting with Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan , to exchange views on climate change, clean energy, and regional cooperation.
