Experience Exchange with the UN in Turkmenistan

CECECO Executive Director Ms. Aysel Yagubova met with representatives of the United Nations Resident Coordinator's Office in Turkmenistan to share CECECO's institutional experience and exchange views on the establishment of the Regional Climate Technology Center for Central Asia .

Ms. Yagubova presented CECECO's governance structure, legal framework, operational model, and institutional development process, highlighting the Center's experience as a regional platform for clean energy cooperation.

The discussion focused on key institutional and operational considerations for the new Centre, including governance, legal foundations, and stakeholder engagement, while providing an opportunity to exchange experiences and identify approaches to support its successful development.
