Exploring Sustainable Energy Cooperation with UNESCAP

CECECO held a substantive meeting with representatives of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) to explore opportunities for enhanced cooperation in sustainable energy.

Discussions focused on potential capacity-building initiatives and the establishment of regional knowledge hubs to support countries across the region in advancing sustainable energy transitions and achieving Sustainable Development Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) .

The meeting highlighted potential areas for collaboration, including sustainable energy planning, policy development, knowledge exchange, and technology deployment, strengthening cooperation between CECECO and UNESCAP in support of regional energy objectives.
