Human Capital and Sustainable Urban Development

CECECO Executive Director Ms. Aysel Yagubova participated in the International Conference “Human Capital Formation for Sustainable and Resilient Urban Development,” jointly organized by Baku State University and the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the panel discussion, Ms. Yagubova highlighted the importance of integrating clean energy into urban development strategies, with a focus on energy-efficient buildings, renewable energy, sustainable urban planning, and innovative financing mechanisms for building resilient and sustainable cities.
