Regional Visit to East Zangezur and Karabakh

CECECO Executive Director Ms. Aysel Yagubova joined the diplomatic corps accredited to the Republic of Azerbaijan during a two-day visit to East Zangezur and Karabakh .

The delegation included more than 150 ambassadors, diplomats, military attachés, and representatives of international organizations from 62 countries . The visit covered Khankendi, Khojaly, Shusha (ECO Tourism Capital 2026), and Lachin , providing participants with an overview of ongoing reconstruction and development efforts, as well as regional cooperation initiatives.
