Strengthening Energy Cooperation with Türkiye

CECECO executive director, Ms. Aysel Yagubova, held a meeting with HE Birol Akgün, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Azerbaijan , to discuss regional energy priorities, renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives, and opportunities for enhanced cooperation between Türkiye and CECECO signatory states.

CECECO representatives also met with members of Türkiye's Executive Board and Technical Committee, including Mr. Mustafa Çalışkan, Head of the Energy Affairs Department; Dr. Ramazan Usta, Deputy Director General of Energy Affairs; andMr. Muhammad Baki .

The discussions focused on regional energy priorities, renewable energy and energy efficiency, and opportunities for technical and policy cooperation to support sustainable energy initiatives across CECECO signatory states.
